Early Life and Family
Capaldi was born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland until he was four years old. He is the fourth child in a family of four.
He is the son of a nurse and a fishmonger. Capaldi attended school in Blackburn, West Lothian, at St. Kentigern’s Academy.
He earned an HND in Music from New College Lanarkshire in Motherwell in 2016. Capaldi began playing drums and guitar at the age of two and began singing in taverns at the age of nine. By the age of 17, he had decided to pursue a career in music.
