2019–2020: Commercial debut
Pooh Shiesty began his career with the release of his first track, “Hell Night,” which featured American rapper and friend BIG30, and was followed by the official music video on February 19, 2020.
Five months later, on August 20, 2019, “Shiesty Summer” was released, followed by the next day’s music video. His collaboration song with BIG30, “Choppa Talk,” was released three days later on August 23, 2019.
However, the video was revealed a few months earlier, on May 6, 2019. On November 25, 2019, he released his final song of the year, “Day One,” along with an accompanying video.
Shiesty released the single “At It Again” on March 11, 2020; however, the visuals were released nine days before. On March 15, 2020, he released the song “Main Slime” four days later.

It was included in the latter’s debut commercial mixtape, Gutta Baby, on which Shiesty also appears on the song “Menace,” which was published on November 26, 2020, on Thanksgiving Day.
The official music video for Shiesty’s single “Guard Up” was released on January 15, 2021. It’s the third single from Shiesty Season, his debut commercial mixtape and first project, which he announced the same day.
